• Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area (vegetation clearing / land alteration permits in the MRCCA)

Plans, Projects and Maps 

• Plans for growth and redevelopment of the city are guided through development plans. City staff has worked with the City Council, Commissions, focus groups, citizens and businesses to develop a vision for the future of Hastings. This collaboration has led to the creation of several small area and city-wide plans.
