• • The City of Hastings is accepting bids for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place of the Eastern Water Treatment Plant, a granular activated carbon (GAC) and ion exchange (IX) drinking water treatment plant for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and nitrate removal.
