To obtain a zoning letter, submit an email or physical letter of the request to the Hastings planning and zoning department, including the property's location (address, legal address, and PIN#), your contact information, and any specific details you need confirmed. You may submit a form or letter template that meets your needs, which staff may modify as necessary. Staff can provide information as accurately as the existing records allow. Please allow two days for a response.
