• Refrigeration - Commercial only

For residential new homes, additions, interior remodels, bathroom remodels, and gas fireplaces, we offer a residential All-Inclusive permit type which can be applied for in lieu of separate permits for each contractor.  

Submittals

• Permit Application - Mechanical
• Contractors must have a mechanical bond with DLI and a city contractor license
• Owner Waiver if homeowner is completing the work themselves

Typical Inspections

• Rough-in (for gas lines or duct work)
• Gas-line air test (if applicable)
• Final
