For residential new homes, additions, interior remodels, bathroom remodels, and gas fireplaces the city offers a residential All-Inclusive permit type which can be applied for in lieu of separate permits for each contractor.  

Submittals

• Permit Application- Mechanical
• Contractors must have a mechanical bond with DLI and a city contractor license
• Owner Waiver  (homeowner's performing work in their own home)

Typical Inspections

• Rough-in (for gas lines or duct work)
• Gas-line air test (if applicable)
• Final
