The Administration Department supports the day-to-day operations and long-term goals of the City of Hastings. Our team works closely with the Mayor, City Council and all City departments to ensure effective governance, transparent communication and quality service delivery to residents, businesses and visitors.

• Overseeing city-wide policies and initiatives
