15th and Bailly Stormwater Basin Project

The City of Hastings received a Grant through the Vermillion River Watershed to improve stormwater quality.  Currently, untreated stormwater from the neighborhoods adjacent to 15^th Street discharges directly into the Vermillion River. A stormwater basin will be installed, on City property, to provide such treatment. Construction will begin in May 2026 and be complete by the end of June 2026.
