Vendor registration is required for vendors who wish to have a booth at the Music + Market. 2025 Vendor applications are now closed. If you have questions, please contact Alex Menke

Registration/Application Steps

  1. Figure out which markets you wish to participate in by viewing the dates below. Once filled, registrants will go on a waitlist for the opportunity to fill in specific event vacancies. The registration fee and ST-19 requirement applies to all waitlisted, if they are given the opportunity to attend. 
  2. Fill out the online Application Form
  3. Pay a $15 vendor fee per registered event. There are discounts for vendors that register for multiple events at once ($85 for 6 events, $160 for 12 events). Payments can be made online, by mail or in person. Checks should be made payable to City of Hastings and include "2025 Music + Market - and Your Business Name" in the memo line. Mail check payment to the attention of Alex Menke, Hastings City Hall, 101 4th St. E., Hastings, MN 55033
  4. Complete and submit ST19 form for the State of Minnesota.  Completed forms should be emailed to the City of Hastings to Alex Menke
  5. Complete these steps by June 1, 2025. 
  6. Food vendors will require additional licensing. See Mobile Food Unit License Application.

Market Dates

Markets will be held on Thursdays, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Levee Park, 20 Ramsey St., downtown Hastings on the following dates:

  • June 5
  • June 12
  • June 26
  • July 3
  • July 10
  • July 24
  • July 31
  • Aug. 7
  • Aug. 21
  • Aug. 28
  • Sept. 4
  • Sept. 11

If a Vendor needs to cancel their registration for an event, they should do so within one week from the date of the event.
