City Hall Reservations

Hastings City Hall offers meeting and event spaces for community groups, local organizations and residents. Whether you are planning a public meeting, training session, workshop or small event, our facilities provide a professional and accessible environment. 

Conference Room:  Suitable for board meetings, interviews and collaborative work. (Seats 10)

Large Multi-Purpose Room:  Flexible layout for larger groups and public events. (Seats 30)

There is no charge for use of a City Hall meeting room during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For usage outside these hours, a rental fee of $40.00 per hour is charged, with a two hour minimum. For additional information, please contact City Hall at 651-480-2350.
