Vendor Applications and Information

Vendor registration is required for makers who wish to have a booth at the Music + Market events. The steps are listed below. To apply, view the Application page.  


Application Steps

  1. Identify which dates you want to attend (see the table below for the dates).
  2. Complete an ST19 Form for the State of Minnesota.
  3. Fill out the online Application Form and follow the instructions.
  4. Once you’ve submitted your application, City staff will follow up to inform you of your acceptance status.
  5. Make payment through your preferred method (in-person, by mail, or online).

Payment Options
Payments can be made in the following three ways
- In-person (cash or check only): Hastings City Hall, 101 4th St. E, Hastings, MN 55033
- By Mail (cash or check only): Hastings City Hall ATTN: Alex Menke, 101 4th St. E, Hastings, MN 55033
- Online (card only): City Staff will create an invoice and inform you when it is ready to be paid. 

Note that card payments are subject to additional service fees.
