Hastings Civic Arena Rental Information

* All Prices listed are per hour plus tax

Prime Ice Rental	7:00 am - 9:30 pm	$270 per hour*
Non-Prime Ice Rental	9:30 pm – 7:00 am	$180 per hour*
Turf Rental	Mid-March through August	$90 per hour*
Off-Season Ice Rental	March 15th – September 30th	1-10 hours rented: $170 per hour* 11-25 hours rented: $160 per hour* 26 or more hours rented: $150 per hour*
Birthday Party Ice Rental	Birthday Party Rental includes one hour ice usage and 1/2 hour locker room usage. You may decorate the room, but your group must take decorations down and clean up after the event.	$120 per hour*

* Freestyle skating sessions are meant for figure skating practice time; they are not for open skating.

Skate Rental $4

No games at any time.
No lessons can be given during stick and puck.
There is no age limit, but keep in mind there are players from all age levels during this time on the ice.
Players under 18 must wear full equipment.
Everyone, including players over 18 and older MUST wear a helmet.
Parent must be in the building to supervise children under 18.
Skate aids are not permitted on the ice.
Four nets and pucks are supplied by the arena.
Participants can shoot, stick handle, pass to each other, have a parent work with them and shoot on a goalie. No games of any kind are permitted.
No one is allowed on the ice without skates.
This is not an open skate or open hockey session.

The City of Hastings offers advertising space at the Civic Arena, based on availability and fee structure.

Contracts for all advertising space start November 1st and end the following October 31st.
Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. If space is still available midway through the season, fees will be prorated accordingly.
The advertiser is responsible for paying for and providing ready-to-install signage. The artwork and wordage must be approved by Arena Management prior to installation.
The Arena staff will install the advertising sign.

Concession stands open at 4:00 pm on all Hastings High School Hockey game days and at 5:00 pm most other days.
