Arbor Day Event 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Volunteer to plant trees at Pleasant Park in Hastings on Friday, April 24th at 1:00 PM (no school for Hastings students!).

This is your chance to help grow a greener, healthier future, one tree at a time. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or brand new to planting, everyone is welcome!

Before we get started, our City Forester will lead a hands-on demonstration on proper tree planting, mulching, and watering techniques—so the trees we plant together will thrive for years to come. 🌱

Plus, volunteers will receive a FREE tree-growing kit to take home, generously provided by Dakota Electric Association

     Ready to dig in?

Let us know you’re coming by emailing pmarschall@hastingsmn.gov
