Indoor Cannabis Cultivation Application – 2939 Enterprise Ave

Travis Davison has applied for a Special Use Permit to operate an indoor cannabis cultivation facility within an existing building located at the northeast corner of Enterprise Avenue and 31^st Street.  A public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on May 11^th.  Review was tabled until the Tuesday, May 26^th meeting beginning at 7pm in the City Council Chambers.  Upon recommendation by the Commission, the City Council would make a final decision on the application.  Please see the May 11^th Planning Commission Staff Report, and May 11^th Planning Commission Meeting Minutes for further information.  Future updates can be obtained by subscribing to E-Notices and selecting “Planning Commission Updates”.
