Portion of General Sieben Drive Scheduled to Close May 26

Heritage Ridge 4th Addition construction activities are set to begin soon. The project includes installation of public and private utilities, as well as new streets that will serve 36 residential lots. Beginning the week of May 18, Albrightson Excavating will mobilize onsite, install erosion control measures, and prepare for utility pipe installation. Pipe installation is scheduled to begin the week of May 25, following Memorial Day.

To complete public utility connections, General Sieben Drive will be closed between Carriage Hill Court to Carleton Drive beginning the morning of Tuesday, May 26 through Thursday, May 28. The roadway is expected to reopen by the end of the day on Thursday, May 28. Traffic will be detoured to Pleasant Dr via 15^th St and County Road 46. More details to come.
