Space is available at City Hall for public use, including indoor meeting rooms. The Volunteer Room seats up to 10 people, and for larger groups, the Community Room seats up to 30. Public use of these rooms is allowed for non-profit clubs and organizations, festival events, ceremonies, and benefits. Staff will work with you to find the space that most closely meets your needs. Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) are allowed to be served; there will be a deposit required.

To reserve a room at City Hall, please complete a reservation application two (2) weeks in advance of the requested date. We will confirm reservations when a completed application form and any appropriate fees have been submitted. In the event staffing is not available, the City may not be able to accommodate your after-hours request for City Hall facilities.

The Community Room is not available for reservation until after November 1, 2025.

Fees

There is no charge for use of a City Hall meeting room conducted during regular City Hall business hours of 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For usage outside these hours, a rental fee of $40.00 per hour is charged, with a two hour minimum.
