Our Memorial Bench Program is full for 2025 installations. We are currently taking requests for Spring 2026 installations. Benches will be limited to 6 benches for 2026. 

The area along the river is currently full. We can work with you to find other locations in need throughout our City Parks and Trails. 

• A dedication to loved ones by placing a tree or bench in one of Hastings’ parks or along a City trail.

Benches

• 6' long vinyl coated metal bench
• Engraved metal plaque
• Color choices: green, blue, brown
• Installed on a concrete pad
• Cost: $1,000

Trees

• 2 - 2.5 inches in diameter, balled and bur lapped
• Engraved plaque placed at City Hall
• Tree choices: Linden, Maple, Elm, Oak
• Cost: $400
