The City of Hastings offers advertising space at the Civic Arena, based on availability and fee structure.

• Contracts for all advertising space start November 1st and end the following October 31st.
• Spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis.
• If space is still available midway through the season, fees will be prorated accordingly.
• The advertiser is responsible to pay for and provide ready to be installed signage.
• The artwork and wordage musts be approved by Arena Management prior to installation.
• The Arena staff will install the advertising sign.
