Stencil Group, LLC,  is constructing an 89 unit market rate apartment building located generally at 412 3rd Street E Hastings, MN 55033.  The Hastings Economic Development and Redevelopment Authority (HEDRA) and City Council have approved of a land sale necessary for the project to be considered.

The apartment buildings will include studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units.  The project will include amenities including an outdoor play area and grills, indoor gym, and a rooftop terrace and club room. The facility will also offer charging stations for electric vehicles.
