Creative Homes is developing 116 home sites with both villa and traditional single family homes.  The first phase of the development consisted of nine lots which are currently under construction.  Construction of the first two phases consisting of 40 homes continues.  Submittal of the third phase of construction containing and additional 43 home sites is planned shortly, with construction of the third phase planned to begin in the fall of 2021.
