Enclave Companies, a North Dakota based developer has been approved by the City of Hastings to construct an apartment project that would consist of two buildings, each of which would be three stories in height and would total 211 market rate housing units.

The apartment buildings will include studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units.  The project will include amenities including an outdoor pool and grills, indoor gym and yoga studio, as well as a golf simulator and club room.  The facility will also offer charging stations for electric vehicles.

The project is anticipated to open for tenants in late 2023.  Enclave Companies in anticipated to begin accepting lease applications in June of 2023.
