HEDRA guides the development and implementation of the City's economic and redevelopment strategies. 

Membership

The seven member board is appointed by the City Council and consists of five citizen members including:

• Ben Anderson, President
• Estrella Carter, Vice President
• Bruce Goblirsch, Treasurer
• Margaret "Peggy" Horsch
• Trevor Johnson
• Council Member Angie Haus
• Council Member Dave Pemble

Meetings

HEDRA meets every 2nd Thursday at 6:00pm in the City Council Chambers at Hastings City Hall, 101 East 4th Street.
