Hastings a place for businesses can start, grow and flourish.  In normal times, our focus is helping existing businesses grow and new businesses get started.  But these are not normal times.  The COVID-19 Pandemic poses a serious threat to local business.  The City of Hastings is working closely with the Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce to provide information, guidance and resources for local business in this difficult time.

  • New Transit Option Available in Hastings

    Dakota County Board of Commissioners approved a 12-month extension of the DakotaLink transit service. In addition to the extension, DakotaLink is now open to the public and will remain available at no cost to riders. Click for full press release.
